I am writing to share my experience with martin’s transmissions and auto repair and to advise against using their services. In my experience, this business is highly unethical. They quoted one price initially, but the individual at the front desk significantly changed the total later on. Furthermore, the quality of the work provided was poor. I have also been informed that they currently have several investigations pending against them. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment to prevent similar issues.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Martin’s for over 5 years and they do not disappoint. Their office staff is communicative and their technicians keep my car clean by adding floor mats to my carpet while they work in and or around my vehicles. I highly recommend them.

Extremely good service including customer service as well. Front office was welcoming and inviting. They explain everything and were very up front with everything. All car services that I had got done were done quickly and correctly. I 100% would recommend for all car needs. I have received maintenance oil changes & have also had the motor mounts replaced on my vehicle and I have no complaints they did an amazing job.
